While discussing the recruitment plan, she got excited and committed that we will hire 100 candidates in 15 days. Now, she could have asked the business head about the phase wise hiring. But NO... She doesn't understand things. She just want to proove that she can deliver to business whatever they want. Now recruiting 100 GOOD java developers with 3 - 4 yrs exp in 15 days with a tight budget of just 3 lakh pa is difficult for sure. But who will tell our jumping juhi.
She just have to commit things to business. And now when it will not happen, she will blame her team for non performance. She should know if she is giving any realistic targets or not. CAN SOMEBODY TELL HER.. recruitment plan means a plan.. phase wise, date wise targets.. its not like hiring 100 java developers at a tight budget in 15 days.
